Enrollment 

Interested in enrolling? Give us a call and we'll be happy to email a link to our online enrollment form as well as the other required documents to you! In addition, you will need a copy of your child's most recent shot record, a doctor's statement, a vision and hearing screen for children age 4 at the time of enrollment, and a copy of the enrolling parent's driver's license. Once all forms have been completed, email them back to us at kidslanepearland@gmail.com or you can bring them in.
